Easy to use.

My child has asthma and this is a great workout to help build his lungs. He loves it. (age 9). He can definitely feel a difference. He is able to play outside a whole lot more now that we have started this process. He does it 2-3 times a day for about 2-3 mins each. Don't wanna over work the lungs.
